Portraits for Poltrona Frau
Designer portrait photography for Poltrona Frau at Salone del Mobile 2019.
Commissioned by Poltrona Frau in partnership with Triplesense Reply, this portrait project documents the designers visiting the brand during Salone del Mobile 2019 in Milan. The series brings the people behind the design world into the foreground of the event’s communication.
Each session took place within a short window, with image selection and editing carried out in real time for social media. The challenge was to create a consistent set of portraits while finding a distinct expression for each subject, balancing the pace of the event with the attention required by portraiture.
