Food, advertising and environmental portrait photography for Ziccat Chocolate Factory.
Chocolate creations and the people behind them share the spotlight in this ongoing photographic project for Ziccat, the Turin chocolate maker. Developed across several shoots, the work brings together product photography and portraits to express both the quality of the creations and the personality of the business.
The food images were created for website advertising, social media, Google campaigns and displays within Ziccat’s shops and laboratory. Compositions focus on the products’ shapes, textures and details, adapting the visual approach to the different uses of the photographs.
The portrait series introduces the team in its own working environment. Everyday gestures, humour and individual character give the images an informal warmth, reflecting the welcoming atmosphere of Ziccat and connecting its chocolate with the people who make it.
