Xerjoff founder Sergio Momo and chef Yannick Alléno present Saveurs Olfactives, a unique dining experience that brings together fragrance and cuisine, using scent and taste to express the soul of a city.
Saveurs Olfactives unites the avant-garde creativity, visionary approach to excellence and deep reverence for quality raw materials of two masters of their respective crafts. This collaborative project combines their expertise, allowing high perfumery and haute cuisine to elevate each other and create something together that would not be possible apart.
