Mountain roots. An individual taste.
At Convivio, chefs Biagio Taddei and Marco Verrone bring a contemporary approach to the culinary traditions of the Piedmontese Alps, working with local ingredients and a strong connection to the surrounding territory.
For this food photography project, I focused on their dishes: the ingredients, textures and combinations that give each plate its character. A selection of photographs dedicated to the kitchen’s work, seen through what arrives at the table.
