Sesto Gusto by Massimiliano Prete

Architecture and Light Design photography shooting of Sesto Gusto in Turin for Viemme Studio by Valentina Pelizzetti and Marco Gini Architects.

Massimiliano Prete is recognized not as a simple pizza maker, but as a dough specialist. His innovative, delicious, and digestible doughs are the hallmark of his culinary proposals, differentiating his gourmet pizzas from others. Besides, he pays close attention to the selection of high-quality raw materials for the toppings and continuously experiments with original combinations, turning a good pizza into a Gastronomic Pizza. This obsession with dough over the years has driven Massimiliano to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Sestogusto Torino via Mazzini in December 2022 and simultaneously inaugurate a second Sestogusto in via Stampatori 6, always in Torino, leading him on his new future projects..
Sestogusto is not a pizzeria: it is a fine dining restaurant based on leavened products. Indeed, even better: it is a permanent laboratory of leavened products that accompany gourmet products.
