House Factory Estate Agency
Architectural and interior photography for House Factory in Turin.
House Factory is a Turin real estate agency and advisory business founded by Marco D’Oria and Francesco Tesi. Its approach combines property brokerage with tailored support for clients searching for a home or developing a real estate project.
Designed by architect Alex Cepernich, with lighting by Traiano Luce 73, the agency’s interiors give a physical expression to that identity. The photographic project, commissioned by House Factory, documents the spaces through their architecture, furnishings and lighting.
The series moves between overall views and details, presenting the agency as both a workplace and a setting for meeting clients. The images focus on the atmosphere of the interiors and the design choices that distinguish the space.
