At Sestogusto, Massimiliano Prete’s research into dough and fermentation shapes a dining experience built around gourmet pizza and carefully selected ingredients. The restaurant brings this culinary identity into an architectural setting designed by Viemme Studio, the practice of Valentina Pelizzetti and Marco Gini.
Commissioned by Viemme Studio, the photographic project documents the Turin interiors and the lighting by Traiano Luce 73. The series explores the relationship between the dining spaces, furnishings and light, showing how the design contributes to the experience of the restaurant.
Wide compositions establish the layout and atmosphere, while closer views draw attention to materials and details. Together, the images present the space as an integral part of Sestogusto’s identity.
